The Tweaking Readme

First of all, I'm having a EULA with all who wants to follow these tweaks:
(1) I'm not giving you malware.
(2) I'm not responsible for sudden changes in your pc.
(3) I don't encourage YOU to change copyrighted software.
(4) I'm not responsible for crashes.
By the way, I have tested all the tweaks on my pcs, and they all work.
